Refunds/Replacement Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will replace them or give you a full refund, provided that :-
1. You apply for a Refund /Replacement Notification Form by email to customercare@legs11.com
2. You return them to us, with the warning seal unbroken, in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returned hosiery or any item of underwear if the pack has been opened. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
3. No refund or replacement will be made unless the goods are returned within a period of 28 days from when you receive the goods, it being deemed that the customer had received the goods 2-5 days after posting.
4. Should a customer fail to return goods within the return period, Legs11 may charge the customer for the goods and/or the cost of recovering the goods at its discretion. You MUST provide us with prior notification by completing and sending us the legs11 Refund/Replacement Request Form by email so that we can deal with your return promptly upon receipt.
5. We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to seven days from receipt of your return for this to be done.
6. If you have requested a refund, or replacement(s) of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. We are unable to offer credit notes.
7. Please note: Legs11.com wish to have every opportunity to deal with a complaint or refund/replacement request as set out above. Goods that have not been notified as being returned to us or received by us prior to a transaction chargeback request will be regarded as a potential fraud on legs11.com and immediately reported to the appropriate authorities and credit check companies, and legal action may be instigated by legs11 without prior notification.
